My Soul Story
I left corporate America because it was depleting me. I was not feeling connected to my purpose. I was meant for more. In the blink of an eye - I made a decision that I was going to discover my soul purpose.
I felt lingering, buried under the fear. I stepped out into my own light and manifested a life I love. I am now living my true purpose of helping others discover theirs.
After almost two decades of the corporate grind, I found myself asking… “how the hell did I get here?”
I realized that I was living on a hamster wheel of the same routine every day, one that wasn’t bringing me joy.
While I was happy in my home life, I spent the majority of my day, my week, my month, doing things that didn’t resonate with who I knew I was deep down.
I decided to take my life back and create one that I wanted to see. So I did. From that day forward, I was on an unintentional spiritual journey.
I started meditating, I had a gratitude and goal-setting practice. Then my life started to find meaning. My soul purposes came flooding through and I suddenly couldn’t unsee the life that was waiting for me. One that looked nothing like the one I was living.
As I followed the cookie crumbs of clues, my entrepreneurial journey went from food blogger, to spiritual business coach, soul coach and healer.
I never once lost sight of the big vision and kept asking the right questions to get me further. I had faith in a vision and purpose bigger than me. The more healing on myself I did, the more I understood myself. I let go of the things holding me back and started to live life on purpose.
I was manifesting huge things and I finally leapt into the unknown by leaving my corporate career and opening my own modern metaphysical shop, spiritual learning and healing space, Spirit + Soul Studio.
It has been the greatest gift of my life. To hold space for so many people’s healing and ultimately stepping into their power and light humbles me every day. My gratitude cannot be measured.
Today, I empower so many people to follow what lights them up. To heal what they can’t erase and no longer let the past dictate what is possible for them. To become exactly who you’re meant to be… and that’s different for everyone.
The journey, though, never has to be traveled alone. My life is vastly different now. My fulfillment is on another level and I never thought this was possible. To be honest, I never actually thought about it. I just existed.
Until one day, I woke up to my soul calling me… and I never looked back.
